Esplanade's beloved free arts festival returns with an explosion of circus, comedy, acrobatics, and puppetry for the whole family! Flipside 2026 takes over the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre and surrounding forecourt for ten days of world-class performances curated from Southeast Asia and beyond.
Highlights include aerial silks and hoop acts by emerging young performers, interactive puppet shows for toddlers, clown comedy for primary schoolers, and fire poi performances in the evenings. The festival also features craft workshops, face-painting stations, and a community art installation built by visiting children over the festival period.
Most performances are free. Some ticketed shows from $15. The waterfront setting makes this one of the most enjoyable free outings in Singapore.
